The Impact
The Fidelis Blue Staff Compensation Fund and the RCCSS Activities Fund are donor-selected and structured to provide annual support equal to 5% of the permanently restricted balance of each donation. To ensure long-term impact, 20% of annual earnings will be reinvested as permanently restricted funds. Our 2026 goal is to enroll a minimum of 25 Fidelis Blue members, with a five-year target of 95 members. By joining today, you help maximize the enduring impact of your contribution.
Staff Compensation
The Fidelis Blue Endowment for Staff Compensation will provide direct compensation to faculty and staff. On average, RCCSS salaries are 20% lower than those in the Rapid City Area School District. Your $40,000 contribution will provide staff with additional compensation on top of their base pay.

RCCSS Activities
Today, it costs nearly $500,000 each year to operate the activities and athletics programs—funded through the general operating budget, participation fees, gate revenue, and fundraising. Of that total, $180,000 comes directly
from the general operating budget. The Fidelis Blue Endowment for RCCSS Activities has the power to change that. As this endowment grows, it can eventually fully fund our activities program, freeing those tuition dollars to be redirected to the areas families care most about: teacher compensation, curriculum, technology upgrades, campus safety, and facility improvements.
