Vision

We form hearts and minds in the Truth.

Mission

RCCSS is a PreK–12 Catholic school community rooted in Catholic tradition and the sacramental life of the Church. Our school is guided by our mission:

We are a community of disciples that is passionate about forming the hearts and minds of students in Truth by remaining rooted in Catholic tradition, building strong relationships that engage families in our mission, and pursuing excellence in everything that we do.

From this foundation, every aspect of RCCSS life is intentionally centered on Christ and His Church—from our academic programs and daily prayer life to our school culture, service opportunities, and extracurricular activities. We are committed to partnering with parents as the primary educators of their children, supporting them in their sacred role while helping students grow in both faith and reason. Through a strong, integrated academic experience enriched by the arts, athletics, leadership, and service, RCCSS seeks to form students who are not only well-prepared for the future, but who also desire to know, love, and serve God in this life and the next.

Values

Across all roles within RCCSS—teachers, board members, and extracurricular leaders—we are united by four shared commitments that shape how we live out our mission each day.

We are committed to Catholic formation, ensuring that Christ is at the center of all we do through prayer, sacramental life, and intentional integration of the faith into every aspect of school life, while witnessing to the Gospel through our actions and leadership.

We are committed to cultivating an engaged community, building strong, supportive relationships with students, families, colleagues, and the broader Church through communication, collaboration, encouragement, and active participation in the life of the school.

We are committed to the pursuit of excellence, holding ourselves and others to high standards rooted in discipline, integrity, and continuous growth, always striving to develop gifts and talents in service of God and others.

We are passionate about our vocation, embracing our individual call to serve in Catholic education with joy, purpose, and dedication, continually growing in our own faith and skills so that we may faithfully lead, teach, and form others in Truth.
