Welcome to the Preschool program at St. Elizabeth Seton! We are excited to partner with you during these important early years of your child’s growth and development.
In our Preschool classrooms, learning happens through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions. We combine child-led activities with teacher guidance to help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Our goal is to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning in every child.
We nurture each child’s spiritual development by introducing bible stories and Catholic values in age-appropriate and meaningful ways.
Throughout the week, children enjoy special activities such as Library, Music, Art, and Physical Education, giving them opportunities to explore new interests and stay active. We are also proud to partner with the Starting Strong Scholarship Program.

Three-year-old program
This program provides a gentle and supportive introduction to the school experience, helping children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. The focus of this class is to build social skills and establish daily routines. Children are supported as they learn to separate from home, share with others, and move smoothly between activities. As their confidence grows, they start to develop independence and a sense of belonging to the classroom community. Learning takes place through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences. Our goal is to provide each child with a positive and successful start to their school journey in a nurturing and caring environment. Children enrolled in this program must be fully toilet-trained. Four-year-old program
This program builds on foundations developed in earlier years. In this classroom, children continue to strengthen their social and emotional skills while becoming more comfortable with classroom routines and expectations. They are encouraged to work both independently and cooperatively, developing friendships, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility. Learning experiences are thoughtfully planned to support early academic growth in a fun and engaging way. Through play-based and teacher-guided activities, children are introduced to early literacy, math, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on learning, exploration, and creativity remain at the heart of the program. Children participate in enriching activities such as dramatic play, building, group projects, and interactive learning centers that promote curiosity and a love of learning.Pre-Kindergarten
